The car comes with a manufacturer’s warranty valid through February 13, 2027. In addition, the car is fully covered with PPF (Paint Protection Film).
Until recently, Alpina was an independent brand. The cars were registered as Alpina rather than as BMWs, and had their own production line. Although the cars were built in BMW’s factories, final assembly took place at Alpina itself. Alpina models were known for their refinement and sporty performance, aiming for a combination of sportiness and comfort. The models were often equipped with a “B” (gasoline) or “D” (diesel) prefix and were recognizable by the Alpina logos on the wheels and engine.
In 2022, BMW acquired Alpina, meaning that Alpina has since become part of the BMW Group. Despite the acquisition, Alpina will continue to operate independently until 2025 and will therefore still be regarded as a separate brand, with the latest Alpina creations such as this B5 GT. After 2025, BMW will determine Alpina’s future.
